Who is True Coffee

We are a micro roaster with a big vision.  We believe coffee should bring people together in all aspects of the value chain.  That means we care about the process from farm to market to cafe to table.

Let's start with the fact that you should probably love coffee.  Right, I mean really what's not to love?

Our ideal candidate is looking for a start-up culture and eager to be disruptive.  You will be far more social media savvy than we are (that should be the easy part)

You are creative, you care, and you want to build a brand.  You will take the lead in True Coffee's digital presence.  Crafting the story according to the company's mission and vision.  This role will be filled with creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.   

You are responsible for implementing the latest social media marketing initiatives, improving brand awareness, and building an engaging online profile.

• Manage Social Media and reputation accounts, across multiple platforms

• Research the market and deliver blue ribbon content

• Achieve fan acquisition, followers, and positive reviews

• Monitor, measure, and report progress

• Create contests and promotions for clients

• Produce email marketing campaigns

• Demonstrate vision and purpose

• Bias for action

Qualifications

• 1-3 years direct Social Media Marketing experience.

• Savvy in: Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, Etsy, LinkedIn, and emerging online mediums.

• Must be comfortable being the single point of contact for clients as needed

• Solid understanding of reporting metrics, and available software in the marketplace

• Understanding social ad creation, market segmentation, and implementation
